What sports can you make a dance out of?
Saturday, March 21st, 2009ellierocks1234 asked:
I have to make up a dance at school based around a sport. I have thought about tennis but I can’t really think of any more moves apart from hitting the ball and serving. I would like something that is not too embarassing because I am not the most confident person!
Any suggestions of sports or moves would be welcome! We have a set music so you don’t have to put a track or anything.
Thanx!

Tuesday, March 17th, 2009What sports should be dropped from the Olympics?
Wednesday, March 11th, 2009denlp96 asked:
It seems to me that one of the problems with the Olympics is that too many non-sports (gymnastics, diving, etc,) are included. I would like to see the Olympics pared down to those sports which have objective parameters. In the discus, for example, the winner is the athlete who hurls the discus the farthest; the 100 yard dash goes to the first runner to cross the line.
The point is being missed. Yes, gymnastics and diving (and figure skating, etc.) require certain degrees of strength and agility; so do ball room dancing and ballet, but no one would call them sports. The point is that winning in gymnastics and its ilk is determined entirely arbitrarily. The winner in the lng jump is the person who jumps the farthest, no ifs ands or buts.

How can high school sports be rewarding to students in the present and future ?
Tuesday, March 10th, 2009*~*~*~* asked:
Many sports injuries are minor, such as sprains. But doctors say they are seeing an increase in overuse injuries, stress fractures, tendanitis, bursitis and chronic pain syndromes.
But im looking at the positive side of students playing sports like the fact that they are more fit in High School and as they get older they are less likely to become obese, which is the number one problem in the U.S.
But what how else do you think High School sports can be rewarding besides keeping students fit ?

What makes for a good baseball/sports directory?
Tuesday, March 10th, 2009razsports asked:
See my profile to review my sports related website. I am working on my sports forums and directory sections. I’d like to get sports fans more involved in both areas of the site. What would you like to see added to the sports directory? What would make you keep returning to use the directory? Only serious answers, please.

Those are the basics… any other sports that fit in between those sports.
Thanks!
