What are good questions to ask a person working in the a sports field?

I have to interview a “sports professional” meaning someone who works in a sport related field for my Sport Management class. Some suggestions already were:

“What steps did the professional take to achieve their current position?
What courses or experiences would they recommend to a student just starting in this field?
