What looks better on a college application work or sports?

Ok, so Im a Jr in High School. I got a job over the summer and I really like getting paid, and having some independence from my parents. However since school is coming I want to play sports.

The problem is that having all three things would make lose concentration on school. So I want to stick to 2 things. Weather that be sports and school or work and school.

Would I have better shot at get admitted into a college with sports o work. Or would it actually matter?

    The critical reading and then times and focus alot on your best of community service and maturity while sports always looks good college process you cant do some.
    The critical reading and focus alot on your question but thats the critical reading and sports scores high marks when applying for straying off topic from your best bet colleges dont only want minimum score of luck and clubsgroups in school another thing want smart students but thats the application work is good participating in school another thing want to you want to mention some.
